Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery products, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and heat-damaged items to ensure your sweet treats are always perfect. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candy that has been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your candy is in its original, unopened packaging and that it is within 14 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our sweet support team with your order number and photos of any damage or issues to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original shipping box with the Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our kitchen team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
